Welcome to your private East Austin Treehouse—a peaceful, light-filled retreat tucked above a backyard, yet close to everything. The apartment is designed for both comfort and function. The bedroom features a Nectar queen mattress, blackout curtains for restful nights, and a dedicated workspace if you’re working remotely.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials, making it easy to stay in and cook. There’s also a European-style washer/dryer for added convenience during longer stays.

You’ll find two dedicated workspaces, fast fiber Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a few board games for cozy nights in. With new A/C and a ceiling fan, the space stays comfortable year-round.

• There is occasional daytime construction in the area. We provide a white noise machine, sound-cancelling headphones, and earplugs to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guest Access

You’ll have full private access to the apartment with easy self check-in using a keypad. The neighborhood is very walkable, with cafes, restaurants, and local favorites just a short stroll away. Manor Road is only 2 blocks over, and you’re a quick walk to UT or a short ride to downtown. Our tree lined neighborhood is great for evening strolls.

Nearby outdoor spaces include Patterson Park, Mueller Southwest Greenway and Willowbrook Reach—perfect for walking, jogging, or getting some fresh air. I-35 is just 7 blocks away for easy access across the city. Free off-street parking is included.
